You can always have the topic starter to include in userbars.

Nevermind, I have no space to put any also tongue.gif Will be waiting for Digi 3G and will check out the broadband plans. smile.gif excite me

As DiGi is always competitive when it comes to their pricing, I would expect it to be somehow similar to Celcom's 3G plan.

I guess nope, it should be the same as you send MMS to your buddy and your buddy don't get charged for receiving those data packets?
*
Speaking of MMS, if I were to send out a MMS then I will be charge for GPRS fees also is it ? hmm.gif

Notes
• This service is available to all DiGi Prepaid and Postpaid customers
• You need to activate GPRS before you can use MMS
• You won't need to pay any subscription/registration fee or GPRS charges
• You need to call DiGi Customer Service at 016-221 1800 to activate MMS first before using it

From DiGi's website, they say there are no GPRS charges. When I talked to a customer support person via D'Chat, she said there will be GPRS charges for sending MMS at 10 cents per 10kB.

The sender is charged for each MMS, not size of MMS. Each MMS is only 300KB in size, as stated by DiGi website.
*
The customer support person told me that there will be a MMS charge as well as GPRS charge. Quite misleading. sweat.gif

I guess DiGi will just have to improve with their call quality as I do get disconnected from calls quite often for the last 2 days. hmm.gif

Yeah, DiGi's coverage is not so good compared to others but still improving. So far didn't face any disconnection except when it reaches around 45 minutes call. laugh.gif I think DiGi wants to remind me I have talked for 45 minutes. laugh.gif That doesn't happen that frequently, I still managed to talk on phone for more than 1 hour without disconnection. biggrin.gif
*
I think it was 2 days back when I keep getting disconnected and the call was like 5-6 minutes only. sweat.gif

Yeah, could be coverage problem. I think this problem occurs to all telcos as I saw many complained before how often they get call drops on Maxis. smile.gif
*
However, my newly ported Celcom line has been great. I've yet to see the signal strength drop, it has been full bar all the way from the time it was activated. laugh.gif

laugh.gif Celcom is popular for its widest and strongest coverage. tongue.gif
Let's see, that means you have abandoned Hotlink for good? thumbup.gif
*
Yea, my previous Hotlink number is now under Celcom as a secondary line. With the good coverage, it will definitely serve as a good backup line. biggrin.gif

Hotlink loses another customer. rolleyes.gif
U.O.X. is definitely a good bet but too bad I don't have anymore extra SIM card, all my previous no. had already expired. laugh.gif So, just stick with my only DiGi. wub.gif
*
Right, the rates are good as well as the coverage plus no expiry until I'm 26 years old. biggrin.gif
However, it still does not beat DiGi's Postpaid rates especially free unlimited calls between principal and supplementary lines. thumbup.gif

Undeniably, U.O.X. is a good choice for prepaid if your distribution of users in your phonebook is quite balance. smile.gif As it is cheap to all telcos. smile.gif
DiGi prepaid gives better benefits if it is DiGi user to DiGi user. smile.gif
*
The call rates on DiGi Postpaid is cheaper and benefits of using a postpaid is don't have to worry running out of credit when it is needed the most. biggrin.gif

Yes, that's why I don't want to be on prepaid. laugh.gif
Running out of credit and credit got expired are just too annoying. laugh.gif
*
Especially when there are emergencies as in personal issues and there is not enough credit to make a call out, frustrating. laugh.gif

If it is the same when there are more subscribers, it would be great to have such speeds at home. Many people wouldn't mind about the price if it does promises this kind of speed. biggrin.gif
