i'm using itunes+vista

dont hv any prob for me

Well, nothing major, just that's it's rather slow

i tried reinstalling, downloading from different sources still the same problem...now trying with older version of itunes

the only problem i had .... it take 8hours to download the lastest firmware

Is anyone else using this as an dedicated ebook reader? Is it too small for reading? What the readable distance from screen to eye? thanks for answering.

Not really what... Like Crazy.Sot.Gila mentioned, it just lags a bit when opening the program in Windows Vista... When iTunes is running, it is doing fine!

Do you manually manage your songs or let iTunes sync them?

Hey guys, how to enable the music controls at the "slide to unlock" screen? I've gotten it several times, but then other times it just won't show up.

Also, for the Mail, does it fetch during sleep mode? 'cause IIRC, I saw a screenshot of a new mail notification at the lock screen.

Too many songs to manage manually (700+), for me... So i'll just let iTunes sync with the iPod but ignore those that are not ticked...

does anyone know where to get those portable mini speakers for the ipod touch2g/mp3 players? these speakers connect at the 3.5 inch headset connector and preferably has its own charge/battery supply so it does not drain the ipod touch batt...anyone know of any brands, availability and pricing in malaysia?

There's a whole deluge of products like these in the market. If you have the $$ go to any Machines outlet(only know of the outlet in Sunway Pyramid).

For looks, you might want to consider getting a portable Ipod speaker dock, but that sacrifices portability.

Otherwise you can use any brand of speaker, as long as it has the Line/Audio In 3.5 jack. Just get the 3.5 to 3.5 cable. Available at low yatt/digimall, and pretty cheap too.

Added on February 5, 2009, 11:43 amCurrently using Air Sharing to open word documents. With the zoom option, well its pretty much up to you how large you want the text to be. A little inconvenient as you keep having to move the document around to read.

Readable distance...well the usual range you hold your ipod.

Is it my firmware or what?
Previously I've an option of Shuffle and Repeat(icon button) when I'm listening to the music,
but sadly after I DFU-ed my firmware back to 2.2 it seems that I've lost this option.

I checked the setting, but I doesn't seems to find it.
Anyone encountered same problem too?
