How actually wanna change theme?
Is it just like download and install?

Maybe you can try google around for some US address with the correct area code phone number,
and 1 more thing, some state in US do charge tax and some still don't (as far as I know).

By the way guys, I really need help at the moment.
Updated my firmware to the latest but then my iTunes stuck with this "Verifying iPod Software..."
and my iPod are showing the plug in to iTunes.

Quite troublesome without my iPod as I made it a part of my life.

I'm stuck. I Google-ed for more than few hours yet I couldn't find the solution.

Somehow it popped out error 14.

Everything settled after a hard work of more than 10 hours!
I pretty learned my lesson and I wanna share it you guys and I hope it'll really help.

First if you wanna update to a newer firmware, always have the current or any firmware prepared in your computer
in case of any mishap, there's always an alternate of DFU to recover it back.

As some of it was the fault of iTunes, I used my friends laptop to restore it back.
Normal restore ain't working but DFU in his computer worked like a charm.
It was a really frustrating day but it relieved me a lot when I settled it.

Few hours of Googling and few hours of attempt really fruit out the work.
Now it took time to synchronize it back but nevertheless I'm glad that my iPod is working now.

Also do some research before update your iPod to the latest firmware, who knows the latest wouldn't be as stable as the current one?

Sigh, another problem arise.
After those DFU and hard reset stuff, I realize that my notes has been completely delete.
All my stuff I written it there gone just like that...

Guess this is what I paid to learn my lesson, sigh again.

Anyone know how to backup those file?

If it's convenient for me to do so, I would.
Sigh, I even lost my saved pictures and my saved data.
What a day...

But as you can see, I even lost my internet bookmarks even after the backup restored.
Anyone clarify this please?

Previously I've an option of Shuffle and Repeat(icon button) when I'm listening to the music,
but sadly after I DFU-ed my firmware back to 2.2 it seems that I've lost this option.

I checked the setting, but I doesn't seems to find it.
Anyone encountered same problem too?

So the problem would be my firmware huh?
I wondered if I downloaded the wrong firmware though, but I'm not risking to update my iPod again.
I seriously hate the trouble, I might as well just wait for another update. Sigh...

Previously I've did some research and found out that California is going tax for digital download sales.
I'm not really sure about it anyway and it was half year back for your info.

I just clicked the Edit Payment Info and to my surprise, it's my current home address which I was really weird off.
It was suppose to be a NY address.

Oh ya for your guys info, every state tax differently too.
NY tax approximately 8.5% for digital download sales.
I got this figure by counting it myself though.

Mind sharing it to me too.
It took me more than 5 hours Googling before I decided to purchase my first iTunes Gift Card.

I guess we should find the states with the least tax since States politician are proposing tax on digital downloads.
You can try searching in Wikipedia, and as far as I know(if it haven't change yet), Kansas didn't charge for digital downloads.

Look what I've found? The state that tax digital downloads. Maybe not.
I've seen this date for several times, 17 or 14 or maybe 19 April, which denotes mostly after this date,
the US will tax every state for digital downloads, I think.

I'm not pretty sure about it but I can tell you I don't really like it.
