Hello everyone just wondering.. has anyone used a toyogo box for an enclosure for syrian hamsters? DIY~ wanna know if they can possibly burrow the corners. my syrian seems to be rapidly growing at the rate im plumping him up and the tank seems to be getting smaller for him.. i dont wanna buy anymore tanks coz... wanna try saving up money and also avoiding to buy more pet stuff and my home is infested with unnecessary pet items

Finally got to upload my cage pics..... » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « I got some question.... Have you guys encountered any Muted Hammie? As in No squeaking sound...During a fight or Quarrel? I just had another 2 Hammie taken from a Shop...they both like in need help and the only 2 RC left there....so i took them home. Tried to introduce them all to the old hammie in there. All Ok but 1 old but young Hammie very aggressive, as soon as they meet, fight broke.....other old 2 is ok.... So now im isolating the new pair in another cage to monitor their health and to isolate from any disease before trying to introduce them again. Got such thing as Muted Hammie?

Hello... My WW mummy just gave birth around 10days ago...on 03/04/2009 to 5 pups. The babies already started to eat soft bread soak with water and open thier eyes running around the cage today. However, the mother looks so dirty as there are alot of yellowish spot on her white fur (most likely is urine). Moreover, I observed that she like to scratch on a spot near her mouth which is very yellowish. Just wondering can I bath her now? or is there anyway to remove all those yellowish spot on her body?
