I think not too worry, all these agents are not those scammer, they are just like those loan agent etc trying to do your business.

Just do not give them anymore info.

If wanna AKPK, just go directly to AKPK, it is hassle free, mind peace processing.

Last time, i got everything sort out within couple hours, and AKPK loan schedule up and running within couple days, they are exactly that efficient.

For the monthly payment to AKPK do I follow the due date set by AKPK (my case is 30th each month) or I have to follow my credit card payment due date?

I am asking because a bank has been calling me each other day to pay up and even send a reminder letter.

Guys, what if akpk dmp has terminated? The debt dealing back with bank. Doesn't the akpk sign remove from ccris status?

You just inside AKPK recently right?

Normally after you inside AKPK, all the bank will stop calling you, this is because you no need to entertain them anymore.

When the bank calling you, just tell them you already inside AKPK. They will just shut up and leave.

Usually, after a month or so, all the bank calls will stop automatically because in their system, they will see your account is now under AKPK protection.

Once you are inside AKPK, those bank account inside your AKPK programs will be taking care by the AKPK.

Yes, if no more DMP, you deal with the bank like last time.

Does akpk symbol in ccris/ctos will be dissappear?

if you cant pay the bank, your ccris records would be bad, you also difficult to get loan.

if you plan to get new loan and yet struggling with the old one, then it is different story.

of coz no AKPK, it will not appear.

Yes I am into my 3rd month (ooops sound like being pregnant).

I had inform the callers stating I am in AKPK yet they had called dilligently. One of the 'officer' even said that if I didn't pay by the credit card due date they will keep calling me and she reasoned that its their system prompting them to do so.

I had spoken to an AKPK officer pertaining to this and she said I just need to follow the due date set by AKPK and to sent email to the bank informing them I am in AKPK.

So I had email the bank informing them I am in AKPK and asking the rationale of them chasing me for payment but yet to receive their reply. The bank only responded that my email is forwarded to collection department.

After I sent the email so far no more call. But sharing here in case some else facing the same predicament.

The AKPK has uploaded their offer letter in the system when you are enrolled in their program.

You can look into the left hand side of the portal showing DMP > Letters.

The due date is stated in the letter.

Yes, direct dealing the payment with bank. My plan to apply 50-70k amount for hire purchase. I believe under akpk impossible get any hire purchase.

actually hor = you can get hire purchase loan for cars even you are under AKPK, but not from banks.

it is called loan kedai, interest would be higher, but can get.

they are few in town. when you surf Carlist, you will see.

of coz, the loan kedai also will evaluate your financial before giving you loan, as long your repayment capacity is there, you should be able to get it.

i have debts with HSBC and MBB which enrol for AKPK(Aku PoKai) since 2019

For the first 4 years my HSBC is under SAA Special account blacklisted section , this year i check back my ccriss is removed . anyone know why? Just curious la of cox no SAA better .
