QUOTE(mugenz @ Oct 28 2010, 05:26 PM) So now is like one fella waiting for his wife to give birth.. Buying an Iphone 4 can be gambling nowadays, either you get a perfectly functioning Iphone or not.....either wayThe baby delivered, wohooo skin colour matches the father = woohoo come out black coloured skin.. oh no. but the father's chinese.. The point is we cant change it if got such problem.. coz open d they claim that they cannot sell out.. Then how? test your luck~ I'm not sure how severe is the yellowish screen since I don't have that problem myself, however encountered once the blue tint problem..... I would said the blue tint problem can be very obvious if taken photos of some low fluorescene light condition with white background, what I would recommend is that either you take back for 1 to 1 exchange maxis, like what I did and the problem solved or just accept it as what it is,and you can actually reduce the problem by setting the flash on for those condition above, and make sure you on your HDR setting on. So good luck with all of you. |

So they tell u just accept it at the moment till there's solution. Ya.. i agree its like u going to roll an egg machine, u might open something good or something bad.. mere gambling and luck.. if this is acceptable trading then i dont know consumer's right is still there. Matter of fact its the situation right now.
Just because they kind of monopolize the market for it, they can do what they wanna do.. even to the extend of treating "defect" goods as normal goods can forcing consumers to just "eat" it up. This post has been edited by mugenz: Oct 28 2010, 06:03 PM |

QUOTE(mugenz @ Oct 28 2010, 06:02 PM) Matter of fact its the situation right now. I think they really have no choice because at the end of the day it is still Apple who are responsible with the stocks. Till now i also can't fathom what's with the yellowish screens and blue spot camera. I'm rather disappointed with the 4 this time.Just because they kind of monopolize the market for it, they can do what they wanna do.. even to the extend of treating "defect" goods as normal goods can forcing consumers to just "eat" it up. |

The 3 unit I bought during roadshow, week 42 iPhone all having the same issue. I took my friend unit bought last week also same issue.
My gf's unit Week 36 it's okie, that's the 1st batch got it during the launch day. Once you notice the yellowish screen, you just can't get it off your mind. If you don't compare you really wont notice it because you thought it suppose to be like that. Some ppl won't even notice it's warm. If you search at google, you will notice even 3gs has this problem previously. Right now I just kinda live with it, won't effect my usage so what the heck. Just wait and see. I personally think that your yellowish problem is not that serious and is more towards the acceptable level but yeah I understand some people don't feel comfortable looking at a screen that is yellow. |

Wow.. Most of the complain regarding blue tin or yellowish screen. Luckily i don't have that issue. However, i got the proximity sensor issue, always suddenly pressing the speaker/mue button while talking. Anyone else got the issue?

Oh boy just love how people compare yellowish screen to be fair , I'll compare all three , sure the camera is a normal digital camera under low lighting conditions
Just take a look at the screen and you be the judge. if you compare my ipod touch 1G , the screen is white Left (my iPhone 3G 16GB , yes the screen is cracked , i know) , centre - my iPod Touch 1G 32GB and right is my iPhone 4 16GB » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « As for the colours , well I let you be the judge. |
