As Mugenz mention, I just came back from Sunway MC....
I got my number at 2.34pm and waited only for 7 numbers also needed 1 1/2hrs.
Once i reach the counter, both of the customer service "LAYAN" me
and when i told them my problem.. within a minute they told me..

Me: what can i do to solve this problem?
CS: im so sorry but for the yellowish screen problem we dont warranty for your batch.
Me: how can you not warranty? i just bought last week and you told me you dont warranty.
you should at least told me earlier that you guys will not do anything about all this so i wouldnt spend my time waiting here and within a minute you told me you will do not do anything about this.
CS: i apologize for that but if you warranty also once we send into the management it will not be entertain.
Me: when will the next batch arrive? does it means i can change it once the next batch arrive?
CS: sorry we cant due to your batch yellowish screen faulty is not warranty and there might be chance the next batch condition is worst than yours.
Me: so actually you guys just sell the handset to customer knowing there's faulty but without tell the customer?
CS: no no.. we will inform the customer about this situation before they purchase the phone. maybe the sales person who serve you did not mention about it.
Me: thats means you guys will not exchange or do anything for me?
CS: may i know where you purchase it?
Me: Pavillion, KL.
CS: maybe you can go back there to ask.
Me: isnt all the branch are the same? by that you mean if i go back to pavillion i can get the 1 to 1 exchange?
CS: yes is all the same but they might be give you others solution.
Me: uh huh? means Sunway MC will not do anything and i need to go all the way back to Pavillion just to mention all this? and will not change for me?
CS: sorry we cant, last week the ppl came but we exchange for them also its the same problem, so now on we dont warranty this problem same goes to the blue dot camera.
Me: this is being unfair for us, so actually is the software problem or the hardware? if i update the software will my problem solve?
CS: for this we also dont know, actually its the manufacture problem so we cant do anything about this.. and the batch you purchase got this problem.
Me: ya, i know is the manufacture problem, but whats the main problem? software or the hardware? at least you guys should know.
CS: we also dont know what is the problem, so we cannot provide you information and we wont do anything to your handset. or you can go to Apple to ask.
Me: then where is the Apple Customer Service??
CS: wait a moment, i try to locate for you.
Waited for like 5 minutes.....
CS: sorry, it seems like malaysia doesnt have any Apple Customer Service. why not you go to their website and drop them an email and ask for your question.
Me: uh huh? thats means i couldnt do anything? just bear with it? instead by telling me whats the best way to solve my problem you guys ask me to solve it myself?
CS: listen m'am, we also got no way can help you with this.. this is the only way you can do.
I just walked off...... and i called to the Maxis hotline.

CS: what you need to do is drop by at any Maxis Customer Service to verify that problem.
Me: i am currently outside at Sunway MC and just talked to the CS there but they couldnt tell me the solution. Now i only asking how to warranty my handset.
CS: can you wait a moment? i will check it out for you...

CS: hello miss, actually we only warranty SOFTWARE and we DONT PROVIDE warranty for hardware.
Me: thats means if my hardware got problem is my own problem and nothing can be done?
CS: yes miss..
Me: as for what im asking now is i wanna know my problem is the hardware or software?
CS: its very easy, you just need to drop by at any MC center and we will help you with this.
Me: i just came out of Sunway MC, and they said they dont know and ask me to ask Apple. They just ask me to email Apple for my problem.
CS: ok miss, i will submit the complaint to the Sunway MC.
Me: now i need a way to settle my problem not submit complaint.
CS: i will submit the complaint up and by then we will get back to you.
Me: then how long do i need to wait? 2-3 days?
CS: yes miss, we will need 2-3 days time.
Me: but i got no time for all this as i need to work.
CS: then we need you to go to any MC center for this.
Me: then nth, bye.
Conclusion: they will not do anything if is a hardware faulty...
