but the CIMB bank oso not tie up with this project.that cimb agent say can do for me..so i will try ask the standard chart first.hope can get.their offer better.haha.....

i think cimb is tied to the project.. last time.. but im not sure whether they have opted out or not

but although standchart gives better rate but their branches so few
if lets say in future u wan to do any prepayment u hav to fill up a form everytime ..u think is it convenience? their loan package is flexi loan blr-2.4%
but prepayment do not offset principal unless u write in. Cost u time and petrol at the end its still the same wif those other banks.just my 2cents

Is this MortgageOne? If so your prepayment supposedly does offset the principal if you keep it in your account. The key is to keep money in your current/MortgageOne account and not take it out. Have they changed it since 2007 when I last looked at it?

Actually there are more gal purchasers of Zest than guy purchasers, just that you guys are not aware. Most gal purchasers are shy shy and would not surfaced publicly but my group definitely has more gal purchasers than guy purchasers....
