Read the S&P carefully.. early batch signed S&P is in April 2010 meaning developer must handover before April 2013.

yup.. there is a penalty fees stated in S&P if not mistaken dunno how many percentage.
But i think it would't be delay.. just not as early as we expected only.
mine s&p is stamped on July 2010.
