Better don't.. Just widen the Jalan Pipit and install Traffic right at the T junction will be better idea.

i would suggest build a road comin up and going down to Keses... thta will be much better...

i personally not think to much on that. just want to avoid any traffic jam occur in that area. otherwise i would be worst when the time going to work and back from work.

As an afterthough, agreed. Jalan Pipit is unsuitable to serve as a main road.
So, what is the next catalyst for Koi Kinrara?

I view short team we can look to widen the Jalan pipit, install traffic light and prohibit car parking at road side (in front villamas apartment). In future might find alternate access to Kesas highway.

ur suggestion is very good. but dunno when can make ur wish come true.

Long term wish from me (maybe it's too wishful):
1. Factories beside Koi Kinrara (Block A) turned into commercial shop lots (apart from the planned condo unit beside Block B).
2. Direct link to KESAS/NPE.
3. Pedestrian bridge link to Taylor's Lakeside campus vicinity
4. Beautification of Klang River (hopefully can be part of river rehabilitation project)
5. Water taxi station (remember the plan by the Government to turn Klang River into an alternative transportation mode?).

Then, this less glamorous part of Puchong will be more liveable and lively

this enclave is likened to the gaza strip which is strategically located on the south eastern coast of the mediterranean sea n nearby to one of the world's busiest shipping lanes, i.e. the suez canal but is completely isolated from the outside world except for the one n only pathetic ramallah crossing.

I optimist too. For info according to MPSJ source so far there are number of inquiry to ask those factory land can convert become commercial land. Once the land conversion to condo project beside block B successful done the future development of the factories land will go on.

For the alternate access MPSJ is looking solution right now. Meeting among developer in schedule for the purpose.

All koi kinrara owner,

I interested at koi kinrara block B, go there a few times, feel ok & slient, enviroment not bad.. quite like it.

However, I saw the previous comments mentioned that koi are always smelly & noisy due to factory beside koi. (especially block A)
Is it true? Is it happen every day? By the way, what type of factory that located infront of Block B, KLCC view.
