Aikz. Nowadays if you purchase any house, you doesn't really need to pay any interest during construction (IDC).
Damn it. Not sure they already included it into the purchase price. So this is why the housing price are damn crazy now. |

How does the LAD works? Compensate on Sinking Fee? or Developer have their own way to bear this?
