QUOTE(hornbill_78 @ Jun 6 2012, 05:45 PM) Hope that this new development will push up Koi Kinrara's value. There are still pockets of land in Bandar Puchong Jaya vicinity bounded by LDP and Jalan Puchong and I foresee more new developments will take place. Hope there will be some commercial development as all the 'happening areas' are in the other side of Bandar Puchong Jaya near IOI Mall area and further down. |

Hi, I am new owner of Koi Kinrara Block A Sunway view.
Anyone know when the factory located just beside Koi Kinrara will move out. It is very noisy! |

QUOTE(hornbill_78 @ Oct 16 2012, 01:35 PM) That is new propose development put to MPSJ approval. the land is beside KOi Kinrara block B facing PJ view. Wow. This is breaking news...The land owner intend to convert the land title to commercial than build service apartment same like KK. But so far MPSJ holding the application as traffic impact study report not out yet. Good for Koi Kinrara owners... please develop the scrap metal factory (Sunway view). |

QUOTE(hornbill_78 @ Oct 18 2012, 03:42 PM) If having connection to NPE the situation will become even worse.. that will bring extra traffic volume to the area. As an afterthough, agreed. Jalan Pipit is unsuitable to serve as a main road.Better don't.. Just widen the Jalan Pipit and install Traffic right at the T junction will be better idea. So, what is the next catalyst for Koi Kinrara? |

QUOTE(hornbill_78 @ Oct 25 2012, 10:09 AM) I view short team we can look to widen the Jalan pipit, install traffic light and prohibit car parking at road side (in front villamas apartment). In future might find alternate access to Kesas highway. Long term wish from me (maybe it's too wishful):1. Factories beside Koi Kinrara (Block A) turned into commercial shop lots (apart from the planned condo unit beside Block B). 2. Direct link to KESAS/NPE. 3. Pedestrian bridge link to Taylor's Lakeside campus vicinity 4. Beautification of Klang River (hopefully can be part of river rehabilitation project) 5. Water taxi station (remember the plan by the Government to turn Klang River into an alternative transportation mode?). Then, this less glamorous part of Puchong will be more liveable and lively Yeah, I know this is way too imaginative on my part |
