haih... i really wish they can complete earlier... hmm... seems like everyone also need to wait for this.

The last time i saw is last week Sunday and there seems to be stagnate on the process. There are no movement after they put the butterfly roof.

This developer only wants money customer satisfaction put second.

I went to KK yesterday. They started painting Block C from top.
I signed on april 2010. Hope can get key asap.

Since it was painting job now, it was consider 90% done. The rest are pending road, guardhouse and touch up.

Actually i pass by kesas when i go to work. It really make me frustrated cos i can see the progressing of the construction is definitely damn slow. The guardhouse was built during phrase1 of this project. Just need to put the tar on the behind route then should be enough. it is a very simple stuff to be done. If compared to PJ 1120 project, koi definitely cannot race it.

Hmm, i think most probably due to high density, but since painting job is doing now, bro, it is almost there. Better they do the job properly rather than simply do it and rush the keys for you all.

i think they send most of their worker to Koi Prima and other projects already... that's y getting slow... there at least 2 or 3 project going on at puchong prima's area... =,="

Sure complaint for refund if they postpone the handover date. Seriously their progressing is damn damn damn slow.

Who's your lawyer please? After chinese new year(Feb), I plan to raise this concern to my lawyer if there's still delay.
Maybe we or anyone else that wish to join could liase together for this matter.

As what i know from developer, the worker is sharing between K Boulevard and Koi Kinrara. Not the same contrator for Koi Prima. I think they sent most of their workers to K Boulevard. It seems K Boulevard complete earlier tha Koi Kinrara even though K Boulavard lauch later than Koi Kinrara.

FYI, 1 of my schoolmate told me that phase 1 had delay few months... but not sure how much they paid back... the way they pay back as penalty is actually substitute with your monthly maintenance fees sinking fund which mean few months or years no need pay for those fees...

K Boulevard is bank interest born by developer. you can see why!!!
