but i think few post previously someone say it is still noise.

better hear it by yourself to judge. every person acceptable rate is different.
but what i think each condo have it own pro and con... depend on u.

just wanna ask, is Koi Kinrara having the same management company as Koi Tropika?

Koi Tropika lately has been alot of break in... 16 cases in past few months... suspected African and even the security guards... my colleague got break in when they were away for vacation...

That's not what i mean.. i have asked around the neighbourhood and went there a few times.... seriously i find KK a bit quiet and not too much as claim..and that's the beauty of it... somehow.. some owner tells me that the factory noisy, some kept avoiding the Qs.. that's why i needed to ask in the forum lorr... pertaining to the securities, there was a time i went there at wee hour i.e about 6am and the guards are still working in front of the guard house, that secure me a bit.. but, i heard from the convenient store owner say, there was an incidents happen to car break-in a few time.. a huge lorry drove and park in front of the guard house while their partner break in the cars....

Anyway, d/payment already paid.. but recently few banks rejected the loan because of over pricing and no more quota for loans...... anyone face the same issue?

I understand. For me is the same, after paying everything. Then, hearing ppl saying how noise is it.. this la that la.
feeling sad and shaken.. Is my first house.

somehow i still think it is quite nice the place is cozy and quiet. i go there few time during the weekend.
No regret buying it during pre-launch.

Maybe you can try go there during the weekday if you got time. Block A, Third floor there you can go out and face the factory side.
Else still noisy then put on double glazing window...

tiring to see the building still have not completed the wing on the roof. really disappointed on the progress carry by the developer n contractor.

So, anyone who took the key, can please share what is the facade, building and internal workmanship and any major detects?

Recently OCBC bank quota for Koi Kinrara is reached, so i m the one unlucky cannot get loan...

The CF of Block C will be released first instead of release at the same time?

I hear Block C will be release 1st Block D will be slightly late.

it is hard to believe it can be complete in this year. i asked the agent they said next year apr 2012.

Agree. It should be CF and Key release together.

Another payment is out again after long long time.... hopefully fast fast fast....

don't understand why the developer don't want faster complete the rest.. from outside view the building structure already done!!!!
