hi dude, u should understand which popular area would not jam. if u regret then just just sell it n move to somewhere far, quiet n traffic no jam area. i think this might suit u.

QUOTE(CKHong @ Sep 17 2013, 09:20 PM)
hi, anyone bought from subsale lately?
Can tell me the how much is the bank valuation?
My friend interested to buy one unit here, but only manage to pay 10% of the downpayment + lawyer fee (around 10k)

So if bank value is 350 psf, and seller selling 4xx psf, need to fork out extra  50k++, he won't be able to buy a unit here.
So if bank value on par with the selling price, then its a go.

Thanks.

1063sqf, bank value at Rm400k

thanks all ~ any unit to sell at bank value price ?

or lower than bank value ? (i think unlikely) but if got, I treat KFC  smile.gif

My agent told me that he sold a unit 1072sqf at RM405k 2 weeks ago.
I think you can easily get a unit at lower bank value from any agent. Just give a call to them.
