just wanna ask, is Koi Kinrara having the same management company as Koi Tropika?
Koi Tropika lately has been alot of break in... 16 cases in past few months... suspected African and even the security guards... my colleague got break in when they were away for vacation... |

any owners here have untenanted fully furnished unit to rent out for 3 months? Oct to Dec... temporary renting due to renovation... can pay full 3 months up front...
