That's not what i mean.. i have asked around the neighbourhood and went there a few times.... seriously i find KK a bit quiet and not too much as claim..and that's the beauty of it... somehow.. some owner tells me that the factory noisy, some kept avoiding the Qs.. that's why i needed to ask in the forum lorr... pertaining to the securities, there was a time i went there at wee hour i.e about 6am and the guards are still working in front of the guard house, that secure me a bit.. but, i heard from the convenient store owner say, there was an incidents happen to car break-in a few time.. a huge lorry drove and park in front of the guard house while their partner break in the cars....

Anyway, d/payment already paid.. but recently few banks rejected the loan because of over pricing and no more quota for loans...... anyone face the same issue?

Other part worries me was, the maintenance.... JMB formed?
