True true ... RM 480k for 1120 sq ft pricing is on par with Zest dy. Can get ZR cheaper few months back. KR2, if small unit 1067 sq ft, ard the same price bfore 7% discount.

i don't think malaysia property is bubble at this moment, compare to other country, even china city housing price, we are very cheap than others. since 1997 ppl already said the bubble will burst, till today it keep increasing.

Based on the staff there Block C root top is already done.

Went to level 3 have alook on the facilities, is windy and cozy during 12noon.
even got family swimming at the pool at this time and ppl training in the gym room.

Opposite villamas there is one new badminton court operating.
About the fencing, the entrance is quite in front before villamas apartment.
I didnt get to the take picture on it.

About the road condition, after all the car park beside two road my car still can pass by with opposite coming car side by side.
I think is still acceptable. Maybe already use to this kind of road condition.

Block C should be completed already, but now is waiting Block D to complete as both is build from different contractor.

The swimmming pool still not yet built but my friend mention once Block D is completed, it should be quite fast as they only left the window and the painting to be done.

then it will be two quality... hopefully it help to enhance the quality.
They also told me that interior already complete until level 17.

Do not think it will completed by this year based on their progressing speed now.
