iTrade is really hard to navigate, I haven't traded in years and now just logged in and things seemed different. How do I check how much money my account still has?

Thanks. Another question I was wondering also is, if my account has RM1k left, do I need to put in more money to trade, or can I perform settlement only at T+2? I forgot about all these already... ohmy.gif

Reports>Client Summary>Trust

It depends on your account type and your trading limit.

Thanks bro you're a lifesaver. If I buy something that can be settled by the Trust account it'll automatically settle for me on T+2 right? No need to manually perform eSettlement or something?

If you have enough balance in the Trust, then yes.

foreign data is not real time, 15-20min lag.

to get real time, u need to pay - talk to yr broker/remisier.

Thanks! What about the username and password? How do I check what types of CDS account is it? I'm keen to switch to trade beyond 0.1% min RM8. Any number/hotline I can call or I must walk in to their branch?

username/password issues call this number : cigs-cimb customer service 03 2635 6868

you dont have remiser? just call this num they will assign you one : Central Dealing Team : 03-2635 6888

i think no need for walk-in unless there is issue with your signature etc.

Call CS or dealer to know the next step.

If you don't know your dealer, the CS can find back for in their database and they can also provide contact info of your assigned dealer.

If your account is personal CDS account, you need to do both: reactivate i-trade account and personal CDS account using Bursa Anywhere.
