For 2 years, I never checked my balance statement with ITrade platform once I transfer money from cimbclicks to trust fund account. Is there any way how to check these without involved my remisier? Usually I call one time only after transfer and never checked after that. Who knows got balance that did not debit yet ..

i am using the iphone link to access in my browser.

but recently got Apache tomcat error liao.

even iphone also cannot access to to the link.

look like the cimb system down too

CIMB hving it itrade software for iphone and android, what you need is to subscribe it. I think it's free.

But I'm only interested with the BlackBerry version.

You can check the monthly statement under Report. Or you can call customer service 03-20849890. Why don't you call your Remisier? He/she is helping you

Hi all,

I just registered cimb trading account, and register in itrade, but then when I click on e-trade in cimb clicks it prompt me my account is not activated yet. Is it so? Cause I got the letter state I may commence trading with immediate effect.

a-ei-a, how long did the whole process took u from registering to activation?

Registered 2 weeks ago at CIMB Bank, fill up and sign a lot of forms
Then got few letter from CIMB/Bursa KL last week, today only got time to sign up itrade.
But then the error message shown my account is not activated yet..

monthly statement under report only available for the recent 3 months. I'm just afraid if I manage to find any mistake (around RM 400-800 ) due to miscommunication or there is no problem, the trust/confidence between us gonna to break down.

Not to be alarmed, just call up the person that sign the forms with you, open the account etc. he/she will activate and link up tthe account for you, then you can start trading

it's troublesome... You'll need to have two different access a/c to go into CIMB Click and CIMB iTrade (Mobile).

Cimbclick is your internet banking a/c in CIMB Bank

Itrade is your trading platform in CIMB Securities

It is totally different, what trouble is that?

I just tried to submit a sell order and it got rejected. The error message said something like "Order not available for KK / Sibu branch." I did open my account while I was in KK but I'm currently in KL. Anyone know what's up with that?

Here is the list and feel free to say whether it's troublesome or it's a good system:
- By using browser (e.g. IE7, Firefox) CIMB Click access can go to CIMB iTrade, but cannot go back to CIMB Click.
- In order to access using iPhone/iPad, you need CIMB iTrade to access only. You cannot use CIMB Click to navigate to CIMB iTrade in iPhone safari.
- To access CIMB Cross Border Trading, you need a third a/c access. Means you will have 3 separate login under CIMB roof

Nowadays the system converge into single login to access all the functions (e.g. Maybank )

How come my Itrade trading screen's info like red/green counters, trading volume/value..............are indicating incorrect?
