Itrade Upgrade and maintenance to cater for more and more online users, there was some hiccup this morning but after exit and restart, then log in again it is normal now.

Lately quite a lot of brokers having slow log in problem due to the above reasons.

Just bear with it for a while, everything will be fine

Use the iPad version. That is ok.. for now.

It's so bad its beyond annoying for the Java version today.

Error 500, Error 502, blank screen, session timeout...

Forced forwarding to "secure" even though I want to use "secure1/2/3".

If everyone end up logging into a single server, I am not surprised it can't handle the traffic.

Unless you are just viewing and do nothing, that's fine.
Anything else, session timeout...

I am sorry to hear your problem, I can view and key in order and the order shown in Order status, there is no problem here, may be some may have a bit of problem but I just checked hmm.gif with some clients, going fine

a) e-Settlement screen.
b) Client Summary

Both of which aren't showing up the details correctly.
