oh gosh. this shouldn't happen, and any technical or accounting problem could be resolved, just take a step at a time and follow up, if it is pure error then it should not break any trust or confindence, If it is not, then......

thanks, just drop him an sms hope he can help to solve it
* I taught it should be automatic get linked when the account being created hmm.gif

Hi all,

Just to check, I've opened my itrade account and did my first purchase. How long is the cooling period before I need to pay it? Is it 3 days? Direct pay via the settlement menu will do? Or I will need to do edeposit first then only can pay?

Thanks. icon_question.gif

3 days if not, by T+4 noon, your shares will be automatically sold off.

Use the eSettlement menu:

What are the payment modes available?

1. Set off against Credit Balance (Trust / Contra Profit / Dividend / Credit

Billing)
2. Online Payment via Internet Banking

Thanks David83. Manage to settled it.. smile.gif

It will remain in the trust account earning 2.6% interest, if you want to withdraw it to your CIMB bank Ac just call or email your request to the dealer that handle your account

Hope this help

Why you want to transfer to SA with every share sold, the trust account have reasonable interest as well, and you can purchase future shares using the money in your trust.

Unless of course you are trying to liquidate all your positions...  wink.gif

Yes, it's because sometime would prefer the amount to be as liquidate... biggrin.gif

In this case, you can sign the payment instruction forms, stated your CIMB Saving account.
Then, next time when you sell any share, the fund will credit into the above mentioned saving a/c.
However, you need to perform e-Deposit again if you want to move fund into your share trading a/c.

Ic. Okie sure, will check with the remisier on the form. Thanks for the info.smile.gif

You can't do esettlement through iphone or ipad direct ( like the auto link in normal pc or laptop) but you can log in to your CIMBclick and do a payment from there then cut and paste the transaction and email to your dealer then it would be settled

hope this help
