1) email them and tell them to bank in the money into your bank account
personally i just give them my bank account no and instruct them to credit the proceeds into my acc

2) i think the interest is about 2% (no official figures though)
interest is credited into your trust acc
its just asking you who introduced you to sign up for itrade

I've asked before if its possible to have a standing instruction, i.e. to credit the money into the trust account every time I sell my shares but they said no.

How to calculate the fees and commission, I recall it is extremely costly compared to buy 1 lot (100 units).

I plan to get 44 units @ RM 1.90 each.

Do you know that you can actually set the price you want to buy or sell and set a future date with CIMB Itrade platform?

At your trading platform, after keying in the price and quantities you wanted, at the box choose GTD (see attached), set the date and the order will be entered automatically everyday until done or the date set, whichever come first, this will save you the trouble of keying the price you wanted everyday, good huh?
