when is the movie rental in itunes available in itune malaysia?

Order a MacBook pro 13" last night but until now still haven't receive confirmation email. The order status still remain as unshipped. Usually how long to receive the confirmation email and item shipped?

I think the USD1 is for Authorisation purposes just to check if the CC works; it wouldn't be actually charged to the CC; wait for your bill at month end to check. If got discrepancies then contact Apple immediately.

When we have some decent broadband speed. I do not want to wait in front of the computer whole night just waiting for it to download 20% of a tv series.

If you're using the same login / account to make the purchase then yes this won't be considered your first purchase. Also, the Apple Store Hotlink number is quite slow; just hang on and someone will attend to you eventually

There is no invoice in the pack; just a packing list and don't expect the "free gift message" to be pretty - it's just typed out along with the packing list that's all. No invoice - in fact, am wondering where's my copy of invoice. If U don't put any information about Urself in the order process I guess they wouldn't know kua *shrugs*

Most projectors are on VGA so get the MDP to VGA connector instead of the MDP to DVI adaptor. VGA is still more widely used - I'm stuck using VGA to DVI on my exxternal monitor cause I decided to save $99 *grins*

I don't know Y Apple Store didn't call me - maybe cause my CC got through *shrugs* I used a Standard Chartered credit card; it's just too bad the Malaysia store doesn't accept American Express *siGh*
