Yea it is. That's what Apple has stated in the email. DHL Tracking says the following message since yesterday. I'm not sure whether DHL guys work on weekends or not. Probably no.





So I'm hoping to receive it on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Once your order has been shipped, its being handled by DHL so I don't think Apple could do nothing.

Did you customize your system as well?

We ordered on 8/9, shipment confirmed on 11/9.
Estimated arrive on 15/9.

no I did not customize ... just default 13" 2.53 ghz.

.......following your progress, if i order on 11/9 and they confirm on 14/9 ... there might be probability that it will be arriving after 18th +_+~.~ ... god can i pay additional money to speed the delivery time +_+

mine was delivered after 6 days of booking.. kinda slow though.. but thankfully, i got it on the lucky day of 9.9.09!

If you order the default set then it should be faster than us. For me, I upgraded the HDD and the remote control so its coming from the factory in China.

In the order acknowledgment email (which came after I placed the order on 8th), the expected deliver date is 15-17. Then in the shipment notification email which came to me on 11th, it says "delivers by: 17/09/09".

just be patient, it takes time to verify your CC.

Tracker says package has arrived to DHL facility in KL. Hmm.. Tuesday perhaps?

MIne take 6 days, cause clash with weekends and monday public hols. Besides, i upgrade ram to 4gb.

But the thing is, DHL pass to the shop downstair because we are not open that day. What if the shop below is unknown fella? gone case la... not safe at all, not even a call! Haizz... anyway, im glad it arrive and thanks to the shop downstair!

If the downstairs shop owner didn't give u the parcel U could always call DHL/Apple and tell them U never received the parcel. They'll somehow have to track it and get it back for U The onus here is on them, not U.

Only when I ask them about the reason of my delayed order, they quickly settle it for me. =) I should have done it last friday =/ Oh well, my mbp 13" is shipped and coming this way~ Lesson to learn is always call apple to ask them to call the bank for authorization .
