Order a MacBook pro 13" last night but until now still haven't receive confirmation email. The order status still remain as unshipped. Usually how long to receive the confirmation email and item shipped?

We ordered on 8/9, shipment confirmed on 11/9.
Estimated arrive on 15/9. Their order confirmation rather too slow  |
