How you download the mkv files? Using what method? do you mind to share with us?

Read somewhere that it was due to the frame rate. I believe these films have frame rate of 8 and the WDTV needs to have frame rate of 4. Check out the AVS forums, there is some help there. I think you need to remux them to frame rate of 4 or something.

DTS is not bug i think, it's licensing issue.
