Good news to all and myself, Jingle was delivered 2 healthy babies yes'd mid night after 2am. I know it is aft 2am is because my last observe on her is ard that time before i go to bed and she is still walking ard in the cage.

This morning when i wake up at 10am, the 1st thing i do when u wake up is checking both Jingle and Jasper. I saw Jasper was standing in front of Jingle's hidding dome (both of them have their own hidding dome in the cage)and keep on looking into Jingle's dome. I was a bit scared when i saw this because i was wonder what happen with Jingle inside? She having problem during her delivered or anything worse happen(touch wood)? because she used to be the 1st one that running to me i go to see and check on them but how come she is not coming out at all?

I slowly take off her dome and found that there are 2 babies wt her in her dome     . I have separate Jasper from them now and putting Jasper in the wired cage. I have add a lots of Alfalfal hay into Jingle's tray also. Lucky i have clean the cage yes'd morning or else it is worse because at least start from today i cannot clean the cage until 10 days later right?

Neither then the water, alfalfa hay and Vit.C, pallet, timothy hay, vegs and fruits, pls do advice me what should i add on more to Jingle and the babies diet so that they will stay healthly? Choco is super active and she/he even go and eat hay himself/herself whereby snowy is more stick to the mother. I will go and buy another water bottle so that i can hang more lower and both Choco and Snowy can have the water.

They are so cute and both of them and Jingle&Jasper will stay healthy ever forever.

Finally, finished my DIY cage for blackie oredi. More space for him to walk around... Hehehehe..
Even got his toilet area, but he seem like to pee pooh in his sleeping area..
So i gotto pick up his pooh and drop it in the toilet area.. Hopefully he'll use it...

Looks like you making progress with him hitz  heheheh~ well there is some supplement, calcium and vit things to give to your GP.. but if me lah.. i wouldnt want to give if there is nothing wrong with them ^^ if they are eating ok.. don't need to worry lah ^^ May i know which forumer you referring to?

Yeah, i agreed wt Sugar. No need to provide them any sypplement as long as provided them the right nutricience food as like Vegs, fruits,pallet and hay. I need to provide Jingle Calcium is because this is her 1st pregnant and she was already 10 mths old. The calcium supplement (liquid) is actually prescription from Dr.Jenny and believe that you will not able to get this from pet shop. Jingle dont eat vegs and fruits until she was 5 mths old when i bring Jasper back to company her. She learn how to take vegs and fruits frm Jasper acutally.

Due the Jasper sickness and Jingle pregnant, Dr.Jenny ask me to give them for additional of Vit.C to so that Jasper can recover more faster and Jingle need the extra for the babies.

I go and see Dr.Jenny yesterday and she told me since Jingle has giving birth, only need to give her calcium for another week and then have to stop. Vit.C i can give them once per week only if i wan since now both of them taking vegs and fruits.

Dr.Jenny said it is better for them to have all the nutricience naturally from food instead of give supplement unless they dont eat vegs and fruits or when they are sick.

Since Blackie are so healthy, no need to provide him extra supplement. Just need to make sure that he takes all the nutricience food that you provide to him is ok.

Jingle was 10 mths old and this is her 1st pregnant. Actually is very risky and that why i do what ever i can to make sure that she will have smoothy delivered.

Btw,just update today's status. both of the babies started eating hay and Choco even eating Pallet today together wt their mummy.......

These 2 breeds is not easy to find in Malaysia and i never see ppl see these 2 breeds online before.
The most command guinea pig in malaysia is short hair/normal and abbys.

I think you still no doing any research yet for guinea pig(since you dont know the most popular breeds in guinea pig), pls do more research before owning them as they are easy to take care. They are totally different from hasmter and all of us here still learning frm each other gps owner so that we could provide them a healthy and good life.

If you have done all the reseach, welcome to the guinea pigs family.

I dont mean to hurt you but just hope that you have prepare and no more sad case happen as sometimes we see them suffer but we dunno what to do is really sad.

i do research bout GP but juz so so la because im thinking of to buy hadgehog actually. but when i read this thread. i fall in love wif GP. and i need sifu2 here to help me n teach me. mayb if u guys hav TT session i wanna join too.

I have 2  oldest GPs were born in Oct 2006.  To be exact they are 2.5 years old, not sure Jacklene is counting year or by actual bithdate?  GP life span is about 6-7 years old.

Carol congratulation for the new members....hahah they are super cute....One of it look like wearing glasses...due to the patches around the eyes...so cute....great to know that all are in super health...mine piggies are so chubby and heavy now...glad they are getting bigger and bigger now...

Lol guys stop worrying about how long your GPs will be able to live. If someone asks you to jump down the cliff would you? So lets not assume.. its better to try making them comfy to maximize their lifespan instead of worrying when they will die. Remember if they are fed a healthy diet, enough companionship and bonding with their owners... proper vet visits if they are sick.. then you have nothing to worry about... so you guys gotta stop thinking negatively
