yup, you'll get used to it...tell you the truth, i now cook to skool lol...everyone will be like wtf...when they see me eat from a tupper ware in skool lol..

good luck on your diet brah...by the way, you know where can i get sunflower seeds or flaxseeds in kl? ive been searching for quite some time already

those thing can easily be found in my plc here thou, i always get it from Jaya33 in section 14 PJ the supermarket inside, they have all sort of nuts u wish to have and is organic summore.

yeah, i think i gona cook meatball + cheese salad for my lunch, those carbs lunch is not going to help me in anything beside sleepiness.

Dude, take some leave for your exam. Exam is 1 week only but you can workout hardcore like shit after this period. Do not let workout destroy your future.

I do take 1 week rest for my body + prepare for exam.
