Just wondering why you lift with tempo ? That would sustain your performance ... It's either that you get your tempo f*cked up or you decrease the weight to maintain the tempo, just make sure that the last few sets don't shake and get out of form ..

You mean muscle_fuel ? I think he was doing a promotion of RM80 when he just started ... now the price might change since he changed the promotion product.
