4mbps is the maximum for home user if im not mistaken. unless u're with an office or uni then you can apply for more

Second that on many foreign people , I've shared account with them and I've to say they are good people. They know what's sharing , unlike many of our own people who would simply grab it , change password and claim its theirs
agreed on foreign ppl. they see the value of sharing. anyway with 2.5 gb a day, i doubt ppl will share (unless they download less than that)
