guys, a lil help here.
i noticed when i download with IDM, sometimes the speed is very terrible, but sometimes it doesnt. probably because of the server (level3, Cogent blablabla) may i know if already downloaded halfway, can i change the server location? the rate is like 4kbps... Chow |
