Rapidshare is falling down, will we see v4 thread in the future?

I do experiment a bit at home. Previously if you download some volume from Rapidshare premium and let say in the end of the day, there's only few hundreds MB traffics only left on your account, Rapidshare will automatically deduct 1GB from TrafficShare and put into your download volume, right? But if you still downloading at the end of the day and your download volume only left few hundreds MBs, Rapidshare won't deduct your TrafficShare, but instead it will just replenish the volume the next day and download volume will be reset to 10GB again...

no it's different, previously, you can use all 50gb of your traffics, now, if let say you use 5gb today, next day that 5gb is gone and you got 10gb again. previously you can just use up all the 50gb in one shot, but today need to wait a day after used up 10gb...

Because rapidshare was the first ever filesharing/filehosting service available (starting with rapidshare.de). Megaupload try to follow up but it did slowly because of slow user adoption to it, but the table has turned right now...

Done that too, come on, only 970 signs, need more!

Then buy FTP account with access to those 0sec, 0day releases, you'll get that faster than most of us usually do...

no it's not illegal. Let make an example, you do an event for Acer. Acer give you laptops for your hard work. You sell the laptops to others because you're not going to use any laptops, was that make you an illegal seller? NOOOOOOOO!!!!

It's not normal, uploading using Rapidshare web uploader is slow, I managed to get a maximum speed of 20kb/s. I usually upload the files to my FTP server which I can get a maximum speed of 50kb/s, and then remote upload from FTP server to rapidshare...

where's your server is located? locally? mine is located oversea...

aspire2oo6 and TeK_KeN, can you both stop already? This is Rapidshare thread, not Screamyx upload speed thread...

Anyone use Celcom bb? I heard they have 4mbps package, siau my area isn't covered...

I saw the promotion when I was paying my Celcom bill few days ago...

For peeps that occasionally upload files, that's not a problem, but what about one that didn't? Points are only 1000 you know (for 1 month account)...

Not all peeps have good upload speed, most of them using Screamyx which only gives you 50kb/s max upload speed, but that's not achievable as Screamyx sucks. Hot files are usually comes in large package, most likely 200mb+, it would take too much time to upload these files, not to mention if the upload interrupted when Screamyx disconnected...

So, does 2.66gb per day is sufficient for you? If me, sure not with such speed lol

True, my hosting provider located oversea can reach to 15mb/s speed but I don't know how much higher can it go since I use script to remote from Rapidshare to my server...

Usually all the links are inside php CODE tag, so I just select the whole link(s), right click and choose Copy menu. Flashget will automatically detect the links (if you turned on Clipboard monitoring) and I just set download location, enter premium info and click OK to start download...
