Sometimes u must cabut the phone line at the modem and put back. Works for me haha.

Im wondering what ip is actually the best for RS. Usually when nothing is wrong i can get up to 170kb but im not sure why but sometimes my dl speed is so slow like 30kb only. Any ideas guys?

I had problems like those but my provider had warranty for me. So everytime problems like those arose he will give me a new account. I opted for the one year account.

I think some of the RS servers are currently down. Keep getting some files dling very fast and some barely moving.
