Asus Royal Club in Imbi. The bummer is that it only opens on office hours.

I can only help with the one in KL as I dont know the location of the one in PJ. If you have GPS the coordinates are +3° 8' 37.04", +101° 42' 41.32"

Yes sir! The Asus Royal Club in KL is at Imbi Plaza on the side that faces Berjaya Times Square. You would i think know of the KTV Lounge thats at the corner of Imbi Plaza ? ie the one that faces the main road ? Well for the Royal Club, walk past that, you'll also be walking past a Dell Retail shop and at the opposite end is the Asus Royal Club.

Im not sure where you can buy that kind of charger.. but if you are okey with something bulky sitting under your seat, get a 150W inverter at RM68.. ngbh sells it at the garage sale.. it converts 12v DC to AC 240V AC.. so that you can use your normal power adapter without buying a car charger.. plus, you can use it for other portable devices as well.. as long as the power rating is below 150W

all upgrade by myself.. you just need to buy the 2gb sodimm ram n install it.. the ram slot is under the back cover.. unscrew it and the ram slot is under it.. standard 701 eeepc comes with 512mb ram which is not enough for daily usage if you are running XP..

the usb bluetooth dongle are everywhere dude.. just search at the garage sale..

im not sure about C++, but i think it will run just fine as it doesn't use that much resource.

nope.. you wont void any warranty cause it is a common thing for people to upgrade their rams on a laptop.. you will void you warranty if you take your eeepc apart eg. taking off the lcd, blablabla..

sodimm ram you can check at the garage sale memory section.. should be below 100 for a DDR2 2GB sodimm.. eeepc only has one sodimm slot.. ill get a screenshot of my eeepc later k.. and post it here.

i just get myself an asus eee pc 4g surf and it's come with standard 512mb ram..
i've just gone thru many forums and i've seen quite a numbers of users with this model already upgraded their ram to 2gb,,
There is one question that keep bothering me, is it i can directly change my ram to 2gb and my system can directly detect it or i need to setup my system?
Coz some users said asus eee pc 4g only can detect the 1gb ram by default..

My eeepc running in windows Xp will detect it as 2gb straight away... you can comfirm this from the system properties ( right click my computer, go to properties ) i think the 1GB ram problem is because of the Xandros OS (standard OS for EEEpc).. most of the people that upgrades to 2 GB ram uses windows OS as far as i know.. so that the can decrease the XP size down by disabling the system cache which is by default 2GB
