how much is 1000HE in pc fair? i asked some shop said it's old and sold out? i tot it's quite new??

but 1000HE jut out not long ago ma why so fast discontinue.. sumore the keyboard is nice the new one not nice. and new one is 1699 and the screen can't tilt much degree compared to the 1000HE

Bought this from PC Fair, after some typing, get used to the keyboard and like it very much, big enough, but the travel distance a bit shallow, make me hit the bottom of the keyboard every time.

hibernate will not use any power, you can even take out the battery..

sleep mode will need power

my 1005HA doesnt automatically detect 2GB ram despite restarting the machine a few times.
system properties shown as 2GB after i went into BIOS and reboot.

guys, i had a ddr2 800mhz plug into the 1000H, but winXP only recognized it at 1gb only [system properties] althought CPU-Z is showing 2gb.,.

anyone know how to solve the case??

I accidentally knocked my EeePC 901 and damaged the LCD. Replacing it would cost RM500.

Buying newer models would be more cost effective, but I opted for repairs since its my baby.

Will probably get it back next week.
