Guys, my friend is using a china phone - BM Mobile BM1200 if i'm not mistaken. And i don't know how to set up the GPRS and MMS setting. Tried calling the helpline but they don't have the setting. The phone is not with me and my friend have no transport to go to Digi Centre. How eh guys?Sorry if this is a repost or anything blush.gif

huhu.. mybe that phone models not in their database .. i oso face the same problem with my previous china phone..

hi digi fans,i got some question here...
1)may i know how to change my supp line to new main line?
2)while i'm calling fren A,when fren B call me,that will be unavailable.how to active the call alert?

Just drop by any nearby Digi Centre and they'll do it for you. For China Phones, you need to configure manually.

1. That supp line need to be with us for at least 6 months before you can request for that. Once you've exceed 6 months, just walked in together with the main line holder and request for your line to be separated from the main line. It takes 2-3 working days for them to separate your account, having said so your phone line will only be cut off for 2-3hours during the reregistration process. You may request for a courtesy call to an alternate contact number once they've reactivate your line so that you know when to restart your phone.
2. Turn on call waiting from your phone?

DiGi EDGE/GPRS Coverage map are no accurate.

Yesterday i've went to Kampar for my UTAR Orientation Day, I did not find any EDGE coverage as shown in/stated on the DiGi Official website, stated that DiGi EDGE covers Kampar Area. But Inside the Campus, outside campus, Tesco Kampar, Danish House, Westlake, Kampar Grand Hotel, the main road, the Old Town even anywhere/everywhere near the town also did not find the EDGE coverage. The maps shows inaccurate location names too. Looks like DiGi do not do maintenance for their website, did not updates or correct the wrong or outdated information. yawn.gif doh.gif icon_question.gif rclxub.gif sweat.gif

Call waiting is turned on via your phone and not by DiGi. Just select the settings from your phone. smile.gif
Once you have enabled it, voila you have call waiting feature! thumbup.gif

means that china phone oso can revice n send mms with digi sim?
huwaa.. cry.gif i edy sold mine.. great functions, dual sim, tv tuner, and the best can change our voice when make/recieve call..

1. If you are the owner, you just need to bring your I.C to do the separation. But bear in mind you can only separate the account and register back as another main line under your name IF only you are present. You need to bring the other person together IF you wish to separate and register under that person's name.

2. You can activate from your phone

i think their server at kampar down... or maybe u have to enable your phone EDGE then able to detect it?
such as my phone and i at shah alam area now, have EDGE coverage, but sometime my phone showing have EDGE yesterday night, but now no showing EDGE connection even though i at the same house&location... sweat.gif

same like my old SE T630, once i switch on the phone it will detected GPRS, later on it wont show GPRS coverage if no used GPRS after switch on some times , but when i try to use GPRS and it will redetect again...

maybe sometime like saving power i think such enable or disable the bluetooth features...

I got a Nokia 5700 XpressMusic with 3G. I can detect EDGE in Penang Island, KL and Selangor area.

than is your phone prob or your phone dont have EDGE function. im in KL and selangor, everywhere also covered with EDGE

For me was 3 days.
By normal process is also 3 days.
However it may take 5 days.. if more than 5 days still no then I will suggest you to call to them.
