Aiya... whoever in anywhere especially KL/Selangor who wants apply DiGi or do MNP... Can straight away contact my friend. Working for DiGi sales (Under DiGi Directly)

You can just snap a photo on your I/C and then send it to her

but take a transparent paper and take sort of like a tiny marker pen wrote "For DiGi use Only" and put on top of your I/C then snap.

Send to her and she will do the necessary porting for you already.

It is just so easy and fast

about number 7...
got a thread open recently in here about maxis have the S***KEST CS ever...

the CS for telco for me is DiGi... icon_rolleyes.gif
*
Maxis CS sucks big time but whenever I call, at least they don't dare to raise voice with me. I guess if they do then I will make sure they get it. I can tolerate if they need time to check for more info but only if they are polite
If rude, no matter how good you are then you are definitely out..

for DiGi, they are strict in term of their call monitoring and the mindset of the company is different, they are more able to think farer from what I personally experience. They always put customer in first. This doesn't mean Maxis don't put customer in first but I just don't know how they really handle their own staff.

Yes it's separate.  Maintaining separate account is charged RM3, yes?  Or was that itemised billing?  I'm confused.  Is there a page with all these charges?  I couldn't find it.  Like auto-debit = RM5 rebate, etc.

Just tried D'chat just now.  Fast and easy.  Sure beats calling Maxis.
*
Separating your a/c - there is no extra charge. RM3 is basically meant for Itemised Billing

Why do you need to FnF your supplementary line when calls/SMS-es/MMS-es are free of charge and unlimited? doh.gif sweat.gif
*
Haha and if not mistaken, due to system limitation. If you add those your free-calls-entitled number into your FnF list. You might be charged following the FnF rate. Not given free anymore. So please don't try that.

However I believe it can be waived off if you call to complain. I might be wrong though but anyone interested may try this at home at your own risk

Yeah
to clarify things easier

commitment fee is only for Voice Call, SMS, MMS. Nothing more...

Just wanna share some problem that I'd found out after I'd switched from M operator not long ago. Yesterday night, when I was checking my call details using the OCS, i found out my calls between principal line and supp line (1 Family) is being charged. After verifed with the CS, she promised to look into it and get it done within 2 days. To all users that just switched from other operators, please check your call details!
*
QUOTE(Dannyl @ Nov 5 2008, 11:44 AM)
Yes same case as me.  The transactions which went into unbilled could not be recalled, so we'll just have to call them up for a refund when the statement comes out.  I believe next month onwards, free calls would not be listed smile.gif
*
You can always refer to the final bill when it is out (via OCS if you never subscribe to Itemised Billing).

If the supp line numbers you call appear in your main line number and vice versa. It means you are charged. Hence you can get back to them and they will refer case and refund you within 2 days. This is most probably their error in forgot to tag the numbers as free call in the system.

Honestly I haven't encounter any shop outlets that offer such service .. unless those authorized DiGi centers. Guess you will need to find one of those .. or directly to DiGi. smile.gif

I don't think so. You go ask businessman around, all of them avoid Digi because they say service not reliable. Sometimes cannot call in, sometimes SMS delayed for hours, sometimes cannot call out. Sometimes no coverage especially outstation.

Digi is good for people who look for bargains. As most youngsters are price-sensitive, this explains why digi is very popular among the younger segment of malaysian society, but bear in mind that this does not give you the real picture of the entire industry by and large.
*
Actually I very much agreed to you.

Before I start commenting, it is better for me to make it clear that I do not simply mean DiGi sucks nor neither it is good.

I have always stressed before that to choose what is best for you. Some people claim lowest rate is CHEAPER, some people prefer slightlyyyy higher rate but reliable is more WORTH it, Perhaps there are some people don't mind paying for EXPENSIVE things. It all depends.

I do admit that I facing some network difficulties using DiGi but I do understand that DiGi starts their business here in Malaysia with a very very very very "LOW" advantages compare to CELCOM and MAXIS. But they fought very hard to climb where they are now. There are alot of things which are really beyond their power but at least I have been seeing improvement.

One more thing with DiGi's plans and packages. I never really worried of being conned into such contract or whatever hidden charge. Absolutely no and they always make it very very clear (But for dealers is different as DEALERS always give wrong info, that's why always speak directly to an officer who represent DiGi DIRECTLY such as the Customer Service 016-2211800, D'Chat etc.

But at least they did the best in what is within their power such as offering ALL (include prepaid) their subscribers free call to customer service whenever they need help unlike Maxis. Alot of the people there are more customer-oriented compare to Maxis. I don't know what's wrong but my personal experience is that they really focus alot of their customers. This makes me still want to stay with DiGi. But I am abit different cause I have another Maxis line with me too. Lolz.. Haha

It could be but advisable not to assume.
This is infact will lead to confusion.

Imagine if you are a DiGi Prepaid Plus user and call to customer service. The consultant ASSUMES and at last given you wrong informations, what would that be?

Well, just to clarify things out, no offence bro. Cheers

Yes
Then you will be given 1 month period from the day the bill starts to clear your payment else it will be considered as overdue. But they would not bar your line immediately. Normally they will give another 2 weeks grace period for you to clear your bill.

(9:54:29 am)  DiGi CS:  Yes it is. Caller Tunes monthly fees is included in the commitment fees.
(9:55:38 am)  -:  so the commitment fee can offset rm3/month for caller ringtone ? right?
(9:55:55 am)  -:  how about Data usage like GPRS or EDGE?
(9:56:21 am)  DiGi CS:  Yes correct. Same goes to Data usage such as GPRS and EDGE. It is included in the commitment fees as well.
(9:56:57 am)  -:  how about the unlimited data plan which is rm66/month?
(9:58:00 am)  DiGi CS:  No it is not.
  (9:58:11 am)  -:  icic...

Is it FREE for postpaid users or ? ...

they charge 10kb = 10cents

it is very expensive if you don't subscribe to Unlimited Plan but thanks to the RM149 cap, if not it would be crazy.

Lai Phik Kee can be considered the longest D'Chat consultant there.

Greetings.
Thanks for the prompt reply guys. Really appreciate that ... Sigh .. buts its kinda late edi. Since I spent around RM60 for the usage already just for less than an hour usage. sweat.gif
Thanks for the opinion. I will be looking forward for any promotion for the DATA plan bundle together with some gadgets .. hmm.gif
*
I guess you are lucky already

I worked for SingTel previously and their Broadband on Mobile plan was like our current UMTS/HSDPA type. I encountered a few user who got their bill shot up to SGD$6k, SGD$10k and I heard 1 guy got SGD$32K

This is what we call scary. Since this is a SingTel thing, will be off topic if I talk it here. If any person who likes to know further can also ask. Provided if you all considered this as under the same "Telecommunication Roof"

Yeah cause user subscribe to the 3.6mbps plan.

During that time their download is only 10GB per month download available. After exceed 10GB usage is chargeable at each kb.. (I forgot the rate at that time already.)
The user actually missed out on something.

Do you guys remember whenever you guys subcribe something, first month bill is normally pro-rated? i.e Your Bill cycle date is 21st but you subscribe the service on 18th in the same month. So they don't charge you FULL bill HOWEVER at the same time the USAGE is also PRO-Rated. So the user did not realise this and whack the service in 3 days time download movie, drama. Just imagine how much extra gigabytes he has exceeded and sum up to the charge is horrible. User really cried like hell.

im not sure how credible is this info given.. as i cant seem to trace it throu the website.. will confirm myself after i got my statemetn on 21st..

Other than websites, the most reliable source should come from the Consultant itself from D'Chat. 016-2211800, DiGi Centre (not dealer).

They are the one that TRULY and FULLY represent DiGi. They are specially trained in DiGi to provide this service to the subscribers.

So you should always seek the answer from them. However, human errors are inevitable. Sometimes they might give you wrong informations though it is rare. Should they given you wrong info and led to any extra charges incurred to you.

Always free to complain and I am very sure they will definitely waive off upon investigation done and completed. They can trace all the calls and the chat details. So never be afraid but please always ask for consultant's name, this helps alot and this is what I always do whenever I want to check some info regardless with DiGi or other services. I don't trust dealer/salesman.

Please gather as much details as possible for them to verify the case.
Such as this place occurs is it only one place or many places?

Do you have any other friends using DiGi at your place & also your supp line's area there experience this problem too?
