Aikz .. really that costly ?

Yeah cause user subscribe to the 3.6mbps plan.
During that time their download is only 10GB per month download available. After exceed 10GB usage is chargeable at each kb.. (I forgot the rate at that time already.)
The user actually missed out on something.
Do you guys remember whenever you guys subcribe something, first month bill is normally pro-rated? i.e Your Bill cycle date is 21st but you subscribe the service on 18th in the same month. So they don't charge you FULL bill
HOWEVER at the same time the USAGE is also PRO-Rated. So the user did not realise this and whack the service in 3 days time download movie, drama. Just imagine how much extra gigabytes he has exceeded and sum up to the charge is horrible. User really cried like hell.

i got to know that not only montly caller tunes charges, but caller ringtones can be offset against postpaid monthly commitment fees.. this is wat i got from D'chat juz now..
im not sure how credible is this info given.. as i cant seem to trace it throu the website.. will confirm myself after i got my statemetn on 21st..
Other than websites, the most reliable source should come from the Consultant itself from D'Chat. 016-2211800, DiGi Centre (not dealer).
They are the one that TRULY and FULLY represent DiGi. They are specially trained in DiGi to provide this service to the subscribers.
So you should always seek the answer from them. However, human errors are inevitable. Sometimes they might give you wrong informations though it is rare. Should they given you wrong info and led to any extra charges incurred to you.
Always free to complain and I am very sure they will definitely waive off upon investigation done and completed. They can trace all the calls and the chat details. So never be afraid but please always ask for consultant's name, this helps alot and this is what I always do whenever I want to check some info regardless with DiGi or other services. I don't trust dealer/salesman.
