when the digi will implement 3G?

thought GPRS charges based on the data amount, the larger data transferred means the higher charges?
i think it no based on the timing like dial-up connection...

that u consider as bad luck lo...
next time u should take attention on your phone interface's icon...
if GPRS activated should have a icon appear in the screen...

i switched from prepaid to postpaid too...
1st i also having some problem to access into OCS for the 1st week and the data no up to date, still at prepaid although using postpaid... later on i access again after week without register anything, and everything back to normal and stated as postpaid...

i dont think the maybank TAC will be any issues between prepaid and postpaid, bank never have no idea what package that we using, they just send the TAC to particular number... if u can receive SMS from your friends,should no issues on your postpaid, u should inform this issues to maybank and digi bcos is their server no working fine with each others... if you cant even receive any sms, call digi and complain...

i think their server at kampar down... or maybe u have to enable your phone EDGE then able to detect it?
such as my phone and i at shah alam area now, have EDGE coverage, but sometime my phone showing have EDGE yesterday night, but now no showing EDGE connection even though i at the same house&location...

same like my old SE T630, once i switch on the phone it will detected GPRS, later on it wont show GPRS coverage if no used GPRS after switch on some times , but when i try to use GPRS and it will redetect again...

maybe sometime like saving power i think such enable or disable the bluetooth features...

i only able to hold my 1st handphone while i 17 year old...

i use Philip Twist and Ericssons T18S when study...
nothing much i can do with both phones...

i would say try to get 018 number and MNP under digi...
i went to BTS when sunday, i saw a booth near the overhead bridge exit there and selling some nice numbers...

u can complain abt it... last time my friend complain to digi that kota kemuning have weak signal and no signal in the house... after some times digi solved the weak signal problem, maybe installed a station there...

be mind on the handphone signal frequency killing ur brain cells...

wish that local service provide can offer contract based package like singapore...
like my bro at singapore signed 2 year contract and he get the LG KF750 with extra top up RM300, but at last he sell the phone to me lah... LOL... i willing to sign 3-5 years contract if digi can offer this kind of contract based package to obtain free/cheap phones.... i know digi offering it now but seem no attractive, monthly fees RM250 @ 1 year contract so allowed to buy nokia N96 with RM2000... i rather buy local AP with RM2k only...

just found out that digi have free personal insurance...
but the insurance is valid for 1 year from the date of activation...

i'm postpaid user, no issues for me to access OCS now... maybe ur account problem?

using normal postpaid and under 016 number...
i tried to re-access now 820pm, no problem found...
maybe different range of accounts/hp number no able to access for now...

maybe u no in stationary mode? perhaps u went into 3G area previously and ur handphone switched to another station which without 3G when u are moving around lo...

what is the area u passing by before u try to use 3G on ur handphone? maybe i try to look on it as well...

i think sim card no required to upgrade lo...
the main purpose for sim card is provide phone number to handphone...
u can try to make a video call now without 3G, ur phone should mention "out of 3G coverage", wont be "sim card no supported 3G"... it just something like EDGE and GPRS... if that place no EDGE coverage for sure wont be able to connect to internet...
