i just subscribe to MNP to change my service provider from Celcom to Digi.
Undeniable that Celcom coverage is much better compared to Digi, but 1 main reason that makes me port to Digi is the 1+5 plan thingy. Previously it was 1+3 and unlimited calls, sms, mms and video calls between principal and supplementary. Then, they changed to 1+5 (regardless you like it or not) with new condition stating total free calls between principal and supplementary capped within 40 hours and 2000 sms.
I'm not sure Celcom is making lots of money or not throughout their business (I supposed they should be making tons of profits since they're TM company), I personally puzzled over their new changes. As mentioned in all previous post, Digi came up as a mobile service provider with very very low advantages compared to the rest, and yet they promise their customers over unlimited calls between principal and supplementary. Most importantly, they kept their promises.

QUOTE(llmcso @ Nov 12 2008, 04:46 PM) i think he wanted to know about the latest plan right?? It could be but advisable not to assume. This is infact will lead to confusion. Imagine if you are a DiGi Prepaid Plus user and call to customer service. The consultant ASSUMES and at last given you wrong informations, what would that be? Well, just to clarify things out, no offence bro. Cheers

But they would not bar your line immediately. Normally they will give another 2 weeks grace period for you to clear your bill.
