At last, i got converted from prepaid to postpaid..

but, when i check my balance rite, it stats

"Your current balance is RM0.00 and your unbilled amount is RM0.55"

Wat does this mean? Does it means the charges on call tat i have made and yet to be billed? Doesnt the RM50 consider as the first month payment oledi?

and, after converting to postpaid, i need to re-register myself again on the OCS? as i cant seem to log onto it..

and, do i need to re-activate all the MMS and GRPS?

If both user, oledi r postpaid user, can they change to the family plan?

sory~ lotz of Q to ask..
*
1. rm0.55 is the usage up to 2-5hrs before .

2. if your unbilled amount is less than rm50, yet u must pay the rm50 commitment fee

3. it will take the system 3-5 days to update your details if u switch from other operator to DiGi

4. u can re-active these setting by *128# or OCS

5. supp lines is already family plan/1Family

Added on November 10, 2008, 1:36 pmlatest update, Online application are now nationwide, u can appy MNP online than DiGi'll send u the sim card to your doorstep...is that cool??

for note 2, does tat mean, if my unbilled amount exceed RM50, then i got to pay more than RM50 for the following month bill rite?

and then, how come the unbilled amount is the same for both the main n supp line? do i need to re-register myself for the OCS again? as i cant seem to log onto it, and i cant get to re-register as well? is the OCS registration down or?

ya if u use more than rm50, than u pay that exceeded amount.

the unbilled amount is the sum of all supp lines and principle line usage. u can get the usage of individual lines from unbilled transection after u login to OCS.

no....even your supp line unbilled amount will be the same

u switch from other telco or transfer from prepaid to postpaid??
u might try it after a few days

MNP = Mobile Number Portability = switching

if u want to switch to DiGi, than your dad must switch to DiGi too as he is the principle line, as supp line alway follow the principle. if u and your dad switch to DiGi, still remain the same number, just that u and your dad 012 is under DiGi service. your dad can switch to DiGi too is cheaper

shocking.gif ! Like that I don't need switch anymore just register a new postpaid number that all aiks ! Because my dad don't wanna use Digi

I don't think so. You go ask businessman around, all of them avoid Digi because they say service not reliable. Sometimes cannot call in, sometimes SMS delayed for hours, sometimes cannot call out. Sometimes no coverage especially outstation.

Digi is good for people who look for bargains. As most youngsters are price-sensitive, this explains why digi is very popular among the younger segment of malaysian society, but bear in mind that this does not give you the real picture of the entire industry by and large.

I do agree on that. Digi customer segment are mostly youngsters. Most businessmen prefer celcom, as celcom coverage/signal is stronger and wider compare to digi. Expecailly those estate workers. Other than that, celcom roaming is currenlty the best among msia telco.. correct me if im wrong.. coz tats the picture i see...

Actually I very much agreed to you.

Before I start commenting, it is better for me to make it clear that I do not simply mean DiGi sucks nor neither it is good.

I have always stressed before that to choose what is best for you. Some people claim lowest rate is CHEAPER, some people prefer slightlyyyy higher rate but reliable is more WORTH it, Perhaps there are some people don't mind paying for EXPENSIVE things. It all depends.

I do admit that I facing some network difficulties using DiGi but I do understand that DiGi starts their business here in Malaysia with a very very very very "LOW" advantages compare to CELCOM and MAXIS. But they fought very hard to climb where they are now. There are alot of things which are really beyond their power but at least I have been seeing improvement.

One more thing with DiGi's plans and packages. I never really worried of being conned into such contract or whatever hidden charge. Absolutely no and they always make it very very clear (But for dealers is different as DEALERS always give wrong info, that's why always speak directly to an officer who represent DiGi DIRECTLY such as the Customer Service 016-2211800, D'Chat etc.

But at least they did the best in what is within their power such as offering ALL (include prepaid) their subscribers free call to customer service whenever they need help unlike Maxis. Alot of the people there are more customer-oriented compare to Maxis. I don't know what's wrong but my personal experience is that they really focus alot of their customers. This makes me still want to stay with DiGi. But I am abit different cause I have another Maxis line with me too. Lolz.. Haha

You can either go for DG20, DG50, DG150 or DG250 depending on your usage.
