just wanna ask, is the 1plan still going on? i mean the plan that allows the call usage between principal and supplemenraty to be unlimited free and principal commitment fee is RM50 and supplementary commitment fee is RM30.

Is the plan still there?

I'm using Telco C and they said that starting Nov 1, no longer unlimited call between principal and supplementary. They change from 1+3 to 1+5 and that's really a rip-off.

ya, Telco C capped at 40 hours between principal and supplementary. and 2000 sms/mms.

the 40 hours is shared between principal and supplementary.

There are 2 choices for supplementary lines.
- 1 Family - RM30 commitment / month. Unlimited free calls / sms / mms to main line and supp lines.
- Family Basic - RM10 monthly fee / month. Calls to main line and supp line is 9.75cents / min.

You're most welcome. I've just helped my mum to switch from Hotlink to Digi Prepaid Super FNF + Super Longlife. No need to worry about validity. biggrin.gif

i just subscribe to MNP to change my service provider from Celcom to Digi.

Undeniable that Celcom coverage is much better compared to Digi, but 1 main reason that makes me port to Digi is the 1+5 plan thingy. Previously it was 1+3 and unlimited calls, sms, mms and video calls between principal and supplementary. Then, they changed to 1+5 (regardless you like it or not) with new condition stating total free calls between principal and supplementary capped within 40 hours and 2000 sms.

I'm not sure Celcom is making lots of money or not throughout their business (I supposed they should be making tons of profits since they're TM company), I personally puzzled over their new changes. As mentioned in all previous post, Digi came up as a mobile service provider with very very low advantages compared to the rest, and yet they promise their customers over unlimited calls between principal and supplementary. Most importantly, they kept their promises.

with the increasing number of ppl porting from other service provider to Digi, i really hope that they will upgrade their coverage as well.

Service upgrade would be very very good, 3g will be definitely a good bonus on top of it.

Hi everyone, new Digi user here.

Previously C**com, now port to Digi. main reason due to unlimited free calls between principal and supplementary.

Digi made a mistake to my line subscription lately where they charge for my total call between principal and supplementary whereas it supposed to be free.

Called their technical support - all i can say is superb and friendly technical support.

I'm not Digi fan boi, just an user that really satisfied with everything that Digi offers like what aspire2oo6.

Went through H**link , H*pp*, C**com and now Digi. Found that Digi plan suits my needs the most.

Just called DiGi Helpline.

For my brother's case they suggested that he convert from Hotlink -> DiGi Prepaid -> DiGi Postpaid (Supp Line). It's going to take 2 - 3 days to convert from Maxis to DiGi depending on how fast Maxis process my application.

Hope it's going to be trouble free as I've read too many cases where Maxis won't approve porting out from their network.  sweat.gif

Tempted to port via DiGi's website but there's a possibility that DiGi will give free gifts if I port at DiGi Center. Anybody ported at DiGi Center and gotten free gifts?  drool.gif

I didn't go to the Digi Center to port my no., just went to a normal handphone shop where there was a Digi roadshow at that time.

Received free gifts - a big green recyclable bag saying "I love going green", handphone strap, Digi tissue (hahaha blink.gif )

No, from DG 50 plan onwards. Calls/SMS-es/MMS-es among  or to supplementary lines are free and unlimited. Confirmed. smile.gif Many of my friends are using and become under their boyfriends' supplementary lines.

If not mistaken, it shouldn't be long. 2-3 days maybe? I port from Celcom to Digi postpaid - it took 1 day.
