rugi lah if u dont buy with certificate. because once a pedigree cat do not have cert, it will automatically become domestic cat. only certificate will 100% prove your bengal is a pure bengal. but for bengal with 2k is so cheap.. which means they might only for pet quality.

most breed quality and show quality bengal pedigree price above RM5k.

if you really want a pure breed cat, please get it from a well known breeder.when u get your cat from a good cattery, u will get a perfect cat. u will know if your cat is for Pet only, for breed, or best for show. if you get it from a bad cattery, u will not get much information about it.

most good cattery will NEUTER/SPAY before selling pet quality and show quality cat. you will get a cat for mating (breed quality) if only that cat is has high potential for breeding.

no point looking at the parents. i can do that too if i want, buy 2 pure breed cat, and produce kittens, sell them and tell people that my kittens are pure breed. but the fact is, without certificate it won't be a pure breed.

good cattery will know if their cat is pet/show/breed quality. SO A GOOD BREEDER/CATTERY must know everything about their cat. IT IS NOT EASY TO BECOME GOOD BREEDER, BUT IT'S EASY TO BECOME CAP PALANG BREEDER.

i prefer PRIVATE VET for heavy check up like involve surgery, spay, neuter, etc.

but if only deworm, vaccine, u can do this at gov vet. Yet i will always go to my PRIVATE VET as panel vet for my cats. i dont really like to change vet. Segar Vets already memorize my cats history

no worry since u already do all the fleas stuff right. just make sure, you can is indoor cat. hope your cat will get use with the collar:)

Just would like to know how do i cut my cat's nail? the proper step? so that won't hurt him.
what is the tools should i prepare/buy?
i try to goolge the video, but seem they don't show me the proper way to cut the cat's nail.

previous owner recommended
steamed fresh meat/fish, no ingredient ...just steam/boil it.

previous owner got more than 25 cats i think. rm 1k per month for food

i dont use any tools, all the cat nail clipper i bought spoiled easily.

i end up using human nail clipper... but use it different way, normally on human u use up/down (mother thumbnail on top right), but for cat nail, u make it side way, left/right.. not sure u understand or not

yeah.. i know. He gave me cheap price coz the cat have health prob.. I juz realized this breeder is 'CAP PALANG' a.k.a 'CAP PENIPU' after a week i bought their Bengal cat. But what to do? like 'William Shakespeare' said, "RICE has became a PORRIDGE".. hehe..

Hi Elf, this is my American short hair. I bought her from pet shop nearly 4k(without cert) but i'm not sure what kind of breed she is. It's because her stripes got marble and i've scroll the internet and i not found any colour like she have.. what your opinion? Is it she was cross breed?

Guys, there's a problem with Girl, I'm not sure but I think she may have sprained leg or maybe broken. Her rear left leg to be exact.
Bottom left of her eye seems to be swollen too, but not too serious. Not sure either she fell from somewhere or maybe involved in a cat fight.

I noticed about her leg around 3 AM because I couldn't find her in my room, so I search around the house and she's nowhere to be seen.
Called her name but she didn't reply. Normally she'll reply by "meowing" everytime I call her name. But she didn't reply at all, so I tried to look outside of the house and I saw her laying on the floor. I called her name again but she just look straight into my eyes without any response at all.

So I pick her up and go into my room and put her on the floor, there was when I notice about her leg when I saw her walking style isn't like normal.
She walked slowly by using only 2 front leg and right rear leg. While the rear left leg seems to be dragged around.

Going to bring her to the vet tomorrow for a checkup on her leg and her eye together with her 4th vaccination & deworming.

Hope there's nothing serious.

Looks pretty much like an American Shorthair but I must stress that without proper certification it is NOT a purebreed no matter how much the seller tells you it is or how much you paid for it. And nearly 4k without a cert is a rip off.

She even be cross bred, if not her parents in her gene line and if she was cross bred, she will fall under Domestic Short Hair (DSH) category.

A lot of people finds this frustrating and accuse me of being jelous or snotty regarding breeds, but I am aiming to make this issue clear to cat lovers especially so that you won't get cheated. If you are in doubt about my explanation or simply would not trust me, I am happy to assist you to CFA Malaysia and the president himself might be available to explain these issues to you



NO Cert, NO Bengal.

Summore selling at RM300 for a claimed purebreed?

Even an F3 Bengal or the latter gen will have a cert.

Biar berbuih skali pun orang tell me that a certain cat is a purebreed or this breed or that, I need a cert proof to believe it.

Actually you don't have to be a breeder to keep a cat with a certificate. The certificate is proof of pedigree and as important as a humans birth certificate.

Who said the cert can be purchased at RM500? If someone did, bring the cert to CFA and they can certifiy it is fraud, why get or buy a fraud cert when you could have the real one for less if the parents are REALLY purebreed?

The certifcate registration cost only about RM30.00

Even if you have seen the parents, did you see their certificate?

I know what you mean, probably my answer wasn't clear...

Some bengal do look like normal cat at one glance, but they are Bengals with Certificate summore.

So the one in the link you gave could probably be a Bengal or cross breed with one and so on, but like I said earlier, NO cert, No Bengal... And any cross breed will instantly become DSH.

Yo buddy, is it logic someone out there wanna sell their "BENGAL CAT" with RM300??? I'm so so so sure that cat is not from Bengal breed.. Minimum price for Bengal breed is RM2k (based on my expierence lah..).
No offense & sorry to say coz for me that breeder is "CAP AYAM".. For me those kittens are most look like 'kucing kampung'..

RM300??? I CAN GET A PERSIAN KITTEN or BRITISH SHORT HAIR (but cross breed la..) with more beauty stripes or marble on it!!

P/s: Tell that breeder i wanna sell my "BENGAL MALE CAT" to him juz RM10.00 only..hehe..
