ann, I have run out of stock for BodyGlide.  Have another brand Sports Shield which have the same function and as reliable.  I used it during last sunday 42k race, passed with flying colors.  the only diff is BodyGlide is wax based while Sports Shield is liquid based (roll-on).  BodyGlide 0.5oz selling at RM26, while Sports Shield 1.5oz selling at RM50.  If you want it then I will bring along this Sat.

Hi all,

I have started my own sports business and am the dealer for brands like ASICS, Polar and more. Feel free to drop by at my business site for the products I'm carrying.
Price displayed is of retail price. There will be discounts on each item though I can't display it out due to terms and conditions set by distributors. Thank you.

First time go for real run... I am quite happy with my achievement because the position is below 500... I was expected >1500... haha~

This has motivated me to go for Shape Run on 25 July! See you all there~~ biggrin.gif

Hey,

do u run regularly?
hw long hv u been running?

knee pains realli are a contribution of many factors; nt enough training is one of them
rest assured though the Jazz12 is a shoe with GREAT cushioning..

WOW tongue.gif lotsa 10km runners here
If u ppl train on a regular basis i m sure u all will go below the 1hr mark

How do you run?
I also experienced the same kinda pain on my knees. But then I turned to POSE method which utilizes the fact that you should land on the balls of your feet. I've been experimenting with the technique for more than 2 weeks now and I can say that it improves my running substantially. You will experience some tightness on your calf though for a few days but after that it will go away.

I can go further and faster by using this technique. I am using the same shoe since yesterday and the shoe feels great.
