Turn on ur AGPS if u want to use it, but for me, I prefer to use without AGPS.

First page got the steps to turn on/off AGPS smile.gif
If u don see them, then ignore them smile.gif

Which 6260?

Old symbian 6260? I dont think so because u will be facing memory issue.

If 6260 slide, its S40v6 and I dont think you can install garmin into it.

Garmin Mobile XT is way better than Nokia Maps, try using it then u will love it and u will leave Nokia Map at the corner lol.

I dont think you can install it into Renoir since it does not belongs to Windows Mobile OS or Symbian OS.

ohh..sad...my 626OLD kenot.SO , i need to buy a new phone 2 use garmin cry.gif Since i am new to kl, everytime sesat jalan...Any phones to recommend?

Not really Nokia only, Samsung Innov8 can work as well. Windows Mobile OS (PDA) can work as well.

But I prefer Nokia out of other brand and symbian out of other OS.

With 2K budget u can buy any of the phone I suggested above, or maybe 5800xpressmusic if you want touchscreen and something new from nokia though the camera is only 3.2megapix.

I would say N82 is the cheapest with the best specs. The only thing bad is the Battery life. Get ur phone fully charged before going out if u wana use GPS or a car charger will do too.

Last time i facing the same problem.. but now if standby can last until 1 week.. last time 2 days only... Mine E71.
It is because trsAutoStart.exe runing at the back..

What to do is, firstly,

1.delete or rename file name CardRunner.dll ( the file is in sys folder in your memory card)
2. Install Jbak Taskman to your phone
3. With Jbak Taskman u can kill process for trsautostart.exe to save your battery..
4. You must do same process after you open Garmin program.

and Enjoy you longer battery life.. rclxms.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

nothing happen to the phone...
I noticed 1 new file (GarminmobileXT.sis) created in Momorycard>Installation folder..
So, I open/install that file...
And then, GarminMobileXT application appear in my phone...

I mean, Should the road to the place I want to to go will be coloured, right?

Yes, a purple/magneta color will appear, it is the route to the location you set. So drive along the route to the location you want biggrin.gif

questions.
1. Is the a GPS software that send Lat/Lon to specified URL and set the timing over GPRS/3G ?

2. GPS logger software for symbian phone.

That straight coloured line isn't a road.. just a straight line..
This mean, I've to drive at nearst road to that straight coloured line, huh...?

im unsure which map are you using. but im pretty sure malsingmap gold 2.3 is working perfectly in malacca. just back from there. smile.gif

i got problem on my Garmin XT after flash my kaiser to WM6.1... it run smmothly on WM6

my problem is sometimes it occur error for que.exe when i using it to navigate me.. i've try to uninstall the GXT and clear all the file on my Storage Card and fresh install new one... but the error still occur...

just need to get advise whether i should HardReset my kaiser or flash back my Kaiser to WM6..

Hi .
I have brought N95-8Gb and install Garmin mobile XT ..

After i change my phone language from Chinese to english...all my subtitle inside garmin will disappear and leave icon only..

how to solve this problem???

Problem Solved... change the map to malfreemap (MFMv1.30)..
