ok, im still new in this garmin n mfm. im setting up garmin for my gps device (nokia n82)

I'm using the latest garminXT for s60v3, i've set it to use built-in gps
i've activated my garmin, i've downloaded malfreemaps from here : http://www.malfreemaps.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=893

so, this is the screenshot of my garmin's folder in n82 memory card.



but the garmin doesnt work, it start up, but when navigating, no map shown, the arrow is there... but the background is empty (no map). any1 can help me here? anything i miss? what is the map id?

I hav install the GarminMobileXTforSymbianUIQ3.0_50020.exe to my SE w960i...but i cant enable the "Attached /built in GPS" and it keep repeating tat i need to enable my bluetooth...and is the malfreemaps supporting this 50020??

Are you using h/p ? GMXT + (MSM/MFM) ? That will be very slow for h/p processor to process the map.

Try use GMXT + MFM-Lite.

ya...using the MFM-lite.... better now , last time so damn lagg !

how about u try disable "attention tone" under "audio" settings?

thanks for the reply, i've downloaded City Navigator Europe NT 2009 for my Garmin Mobile XT and manage to merge together with my MFM.

Unfortunately, can anyone tell me the problem about the City Navigator Europe NT 2009 maps? because when i search within France, i can only see major highways and not street names or POIs.
What did i just downloaded?!!

erm, the map is valid map and does not require a serial, right?
normally, if need serial and dont have, it will pop up when u start gmxt, say u dont have license, etc, etc.

how about ur setting for "DISPLAY"? is everything enabled and put size large?
maybe also, you have to zoom in more to see more detail.

i just reflashed my e52 firmware and installed garmin. but when i run garmin it still crashes after the first voice navigation command.... help? the reason i bought the phone is for garmin.

i used to have that small warning box without confirmation dialog box, dunno why it suddenly changed, i cant find any setting to disable it.

the attention tone has always been disabled.

Did you get satellite fix? Check the satellite page of your Mobile XT? If your are using map from mFm no need to worries about map ID...
