SuperPi....
Orthos for over an hour...
EIST is active...
For some reason, both System Properties, EasyTune and others reports 3.75GHz instead...

This is one of my clients PC I've build... Short run overclocked to 3.6GHz stable could have gone further but not enough time to test everything out... Using Hyper TX2 cooler for testing..

I can get up to 3.2GHz on the stock HSF... Anyway, its was fully stable up to 3.75GHz (only the IGP held it back, a discrete GPU required) and I did managed to touch almost 4GHz unfortunately the DDR2-800 value RAM held me back from reaching that goal.... Going to send this PC to client soon...

QUOTE(lex @ Jan 23 2009, 10:01 PM) Ya, i managed to reach that level too, but sumting weirdo will happen if i set above 3.15GhzMy P35 DS3 rev1.0 would power on for a 1-2sec than immediately self power off, than back on after 1-2sec later with all overclock setting remain & happily continue loading as normal It happen every time during cold boot... I tried tweakin it to many different settings but it still happen What's wrong eh? Anyone facing this issue b4? |

Temp is okay but you need to play with vcore slowly. If increase too much, its won't pass 3dmark06...just "sedang-sedang".... Anyway, the PC already sent to client.. Here are some pictures with my cooler, was replaced with the original cooler before send off.. Overclocked at 3.75GHz stable with reduced voltage testing, passed Memtest easily.. This post has been edited by lex: Jan 25 2009, 08:32 AM |

QUOTE(Liuteva @ Feb 2 2009, 10:52 PM) Wah! 1.6v! & u still wanna push higher? I bet u use a decent cooler which made u dare to do that eh? Watercooled maybe? Me no chance ler to do near 4Ghz with stock cooler this baby really need quite a voltage bump in order to bump For now, i guess i shud stick wif 3.3GHz until i get a decent cooler... |

Ahha! Oledi got myself a 2nd hand TRUE cooler from a fellow forumer
This time gonna torture my E5200 kaw kaw... & let the FUN begins! Added on February 10, 2009, 10:49 amAiyaa... Even with TRUE cooler my idle temp is quite high at 44c, about the same wif my stock cooler... I was expecting it to be around 35~40c onli Load temp imho is low however around 56c My settings > 3.3GHz @ 264x12.5 @ 1.200v onli... Reseated it thrice already & the third time with EXTRA careful using AS5 thermal paste... WHY? WHY? WHYYYY!!!! HELPPPP!!! This post has been edited by vamfire: Feb 10 2009, 10:49 AM |
