so i guess it's true la..talking about black, yes most of them can ripped quite easily la..but then again these bumi's are actually very strong you know..donno wat they eat la..

there's been research on Tongan (Pacific Islander) people. it is said they have very good genetics and can synthesize protein at will. thats because their forefathers was fisherman and carry sharks all the way to the village. Followed closely by Samoan, and blacks. not African, African-American, they were once slave...lol

kmaru, went iasked u about the usage of the belt, is it actually neccessary?i'm still thinking of buying it..a fren of mine told me that this belt is actually like a protection for d back and it's a must if you were to stick in d gym for sometime...but when i com and think about it, i dun really play heavy weights like you guys..i don't want to look like poyo anyway...

IIRC, most BBers use a belt to keep their midsection tight, decreasing the potential risk of injury.

1. to keep the core tight
2. To support you lower back if you were to do a heavy deadlift, biceps curl, squat etc..
3. look cool..

Better save than sorry

Dont care what ppl say, you need it to prevent from injury that's all.... Actually It look kind of cool, cause it tighten the mid section and make the body look symmetrical

Means how many grams of protein in a day do you take? I'm trying to get in 2 servings whey plus 8 egg whites, 2 egg yolks a day, 1 chicken breast extra everyday now for the next month not counting protein from lunch and dinner. But I still don't think that reaches the quota of 1g of protein for every pound in bodyweight. What do you think? I'm 167lbs now.
