kmaru, did u cook ur pasta in a huge pot and keep the rest in the fridge and eat it thruout the day?

tats very frustrating when u have ATE ur preworkout meal and sheet happen and u can do anything. The carbs inside the stomach just doesnt feel alright.

by the way, hows ur 1 Animal M-Stack doing? good?

kmaru, have a quest for u, how did u matain those bodyfat while bulking?? i realize when ever i went for bulking even with moderate (200g) carbs intake aday (in the morning, pre and post workout) still gaining fat, very annoying. And how about cutting ? calorie deficit?

erm.. kmaru, how many grams of chicken u r having and how many table spoon of olive oil?? or u just drizzle the olive oil over the chicken?

Kmaru, it seems like animal pump is ur only preworkout meal and a meal before that was like 3hrs b4. U wont feel tired, dizzy or hungry during ur training?

Kmaru, u really try out all the energy enhancement supplement dun u. Now i m really feels like getting white flood and reduce my carbs for pre workout thou.

buddy, ur pre workout is 2 hrs and white flood is 1 hr before ur workout, wont u feel hungry?

sounds great it seems like u r making quite a nice gap between meals ( all separated by 3 hrs) guess that white flood really works well on empty stomach heheh.
