kmaru ur bulking phase seems to consume high lvl of carb, how many grams are u looking at?

I love white flood, but i don't really favor the taste. Not to say it taste bad, its just weird to me. I do feel lots of pump and I love to stack it with green bulge some times.

Genetics do play a big role in b.building.. I bet you've meet people that train for 3 months but already have 16 inch arm ripped, where else we have been training for years still doesn't look like his.. sad.gif Black, sabahan and sarawakian has a very good genetics.. I still remember when I was in primary school, I have this friend from sarawak, we were 8 years old and he already have big biceps and ripped abs.. All the student in the class was like WTF !! what have you been training and eating ?, he answer nothing... WTF !!! ENvy gila sial...
